The University Park Civic Association is a self-governing, non-profit organization of residents of the Town of University Park, Maryland. It is responsible for organizing several major social/cultural events over the course of the year such as the July 4th Parade, Chili Cook-off and Holiday Party/Tree Lighting. We are also responsible for activities that help keep our Town a place people would like to live, such as the Annual Spring Stream Clean-Up. UPCA is also interested in hearing from citizens about their concerns so that the UPCA can represent these concerns to the Town and County to the best of our ability.

Join us for the first annual Town-wide Cornhole tournament, The Battle of the Bags!!! The University Park Civic Association (UPCA) is hosting the tournament as a fundraiser to fund the wonderful events you enjoy throughout the year, such as: Stream Clean-UP, 4th of July Parade & Party, Chili Cook-Off, & the Halloween Party!
