SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The directory may be viewed on the UPCA website. Copies will be available at Town Hall on a limited basis.
All UP business owners and/or independent contractors may submit themselves without a resident referral. Business listings inside and outside the neighborhood may be referred to the directory by only UP residents. Please contact Lise Nau (service-directory@upcivicassociation.org) for minimal submission requirements.
The listings comprise business, facility or school names. Contact name, phone number, neighborhood residency and website are also included. Business names in the Home & Auto Care section are listed alphabetically. Precise addresses may not be given, as websites usually provide this information (if a business has a website). Generalized locations may be referenced, and categories may be added or removed, depending on types of submissions received or at the discretion of the UPCA.
Any business and/or service engaged in unethical or unfair business practice deemed inappropriate by the UPCA for any reason may be removed.
Listings should have correct working phone numbers.
If any business owner, independent contractor or referring resident wishing to submit does not meet all of the above criteria, they may be removed or excluded from the directory without notice.
